HMC Held 2025 2nd Quarterly Communication

On July 1^st, HMC held 2025 2^nd Quarterly Communication to discuss current operational challenges, review the company level performance of Q2, gather the excellence strength, and jointly face the third quarter oriented by HMC strategy.

At the communication meeting, we discussed the current operational challenges and presented forward-looking strategies to address them. To minimize the impact, different levers such as adjusting production plans, expanding personnel skills, and other optimizing plans have been implemented. These measures enabled us to concentrate resources to ensure smooth operations, thereby supporting the high-quality delivery of our annual targets.

Subsequently, we review the performance indicators for Q2. We should maintain excellent safety records while maintaining continuous vigilance in unsafe conditions detecting. Under the efficient quality operation, we should insist on prioritizing customer satisfaction, avoiding Customer NCs to make NCs to make sure there are no other quality escapes. On the finance KPIs, we continue to focus on cost control so as to maintain the free cash flow on a positive level throughout the year. At the same time, we should strengthen teamwork closely, enhance risk prediction and control capabilities, and promote further improvement of MPS adherence. While actively addressing challenges, we have expanded external cooperation, looked for new work packages and suppliers, and executed all projects that we defined as part of “Fit For Growth”strategy, which not only improve HMC image but also prepare the future of company.

Then 2024 Excellent Star Award Ceremony was held as scheduled. General Manager and Deputy General Manager awarded the Excellent Star employees with medals to thank for their outstanding job and excellent performance in past year. It further inspires all employees to take these Excellent Stars as example and walk hand-in-hand on the path of pursuing excellence.
